When it comes to the negative effects of HCG and weight loss program, there are not many of them. You might experience a few symptoms such as mild headache, dizziness, weakness and even constipation. You might also feel mild hunger when you start this diet, but all these symptoms usually disappear after the first week as your body becomes accustomed to the changes.
